If booking cancelled 28 days or more prior to arrival, a AUD50.00 administration fee will apply. Less than 28 days, but more than seven days, prior to arrival a fee equivalent to one nights Accommodation will apply. If cancelled less than eight days there will be no refund.
A no show on the day will incur the full amount to be deducted.

All villa apartments have spacious lounge/dining areas, well equipped kitchens, own laundry, private balcony and lock up garage. Villa accommodation for two people contains a queen bed and bathroom ensuite. The two bedroom apartment accommodates up to four with a queen bed ensuite, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a second bathroom. The three bedroom apartments have two queen beds and two single beds.
Enquire about the two bedroom villas with rooftop hot tubs.

| How to get There |
Road access is via the Airlie Beach turn off from the Bruce Highway. Go through the Airlie Beach roundabout and down the main road. Turn right just after McDonalds into Waterson Way then immediately left into Golden Orchid Drive. Reception is located at 10 Golden Orchid Drive.
