In consultation with the regional industry, the Convention Bureau also:

• Attends trade shows targeting the meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions industry organisers.
• Undertakes sales calls nd direct marketing to the national and selected international industry markets.
• Coordinates and hosts familiarisation programs and site inspections for professional conference and event organisers, media and industry trade.
